Highly recommend "Christian Leadership" by Roger Smalling. Deeply Christian and delightfully practical.

"Most books on Christian leadership leave me frustrated. They seem compendiums of eloquent exhortations on character and commitment, often with a detailed exposition of 1Timothy 3. After perusing such books, I think, -Great material. But exactly what do I do now?
Others seem Christianized management techniques, straight out of corporate America; wise sounding concepts but lacking soul, weak parodies of worldly administration.
Hopefully, I have avoided both extremes. "

The Colossian Forum https://colossianforum.org/ is a great organization that helps churches to work through divisive issues such as politics, science and faith, gender and sexuality. We now have their small group curriculum for Political talks and sexuality translated in Chinese.

Making Peace - a Sunday school curriculum aimed to help church members develop characters and tools to engage in conflicts in a God honoring way.

Due to the COVID pandemic, sessions were conducted via Zoom meetings.

《和睦之道》 – 实用的成人主日学课程，旨在帮助教会的弟兄姐妹培养品格, 学习技能，以荣耀神的方式处理冲突。
