THIS SATURDAY, April 1st @ 10AM, we are hosting our Mobile Food Pantry right here in the LINC UP parking lot! Make sure to pre-register to save some time and if you're interested in volunteering sign up by following the QR code in our flyer or visiting us online at lincup.org/general-volunteer-form.

Please bring your own storage container for transferring the food to your home. We look forward to this event as a valuable resource for our community to create systems of food sustainability! Thank you to FeedingAmerica for partnering on this event.

It's a new year and a great time to get ready to become a homeowner! There will be many homes coming up for sale from affordable housing organizations: LINC UP, Dwelling Place, ICCF and Habitat for Humanity. Many opportunities are coming up...but you need to be ready...

NOW IS THE TIME TO GET READY!

LINC UP invites you to attend our first Lender Pre-Qualification Pop Up Shop. This event will be held in the LINC UP Gallery located at 1167 Madison SE on Saturday January 21st from 9am til 1pm. Both lenders and education partners will be there to help you with mortgage pre-qualification and sign you up for the homeownership classes. At this event you will be able to fulfill several requirements toward homeownership and mortgage readiness:

--On the spot mortgage pre-qualifications from participating lenders
--Credit improvement consultation
--Sign up for the required Homeownership Certification Classes
--Learn about the upcoming homeownership opportunities

PLEASE PRE-REGISTER to attend by using the QR code in the flyer below or use this link: https://lincup.org/lender-pre-qualification. Email [email protected] with any questions. When you pre-register, you will see a list of the documents you will need to bring to receive a mortgage pre-qualification. Walk-ins are welcome but pre-registrations will be prioritized.
