Help The Kids at Powers with their Capstone project!

Hi! We are students from Powers Catholic High School and we are participating in our senior capstone project! This project is a way to do service for others and leave long lasting legacies.

For our project, we decided to partner with No Neighbor Left Behind in order to help them serve the community. We are running a towel drive as this is one item they are always in need of. For this towel drive, we are collecting donations of any assortment of towels, including bath towels, hand towels, and rags.

With this drive, we hope to help support No Neighbor Left Behind in their purpose to provide for those in need. As time goes on, we will continue working to provide these necessities to individuals and families in our community!"

Donations will be accepted from now until March 15th. Any donation can be dropped off at the address listed, or you can contact one of the numbers provided and we will gladly come and collect your generous donation.

If you prefer, monetary donations can be sent through Venmo, which we will use to purchase towels.

We will also set up and collect donations at the Pancake Breakfast on March 8th at Holy Family Catholic Church in the Father Bush Parish Center. Come enjoy some pancakes with us and drop off some towels if you can! Thank you so much for your generosity! Your support will be greatly appreciated!

I am a volunteer at the warehouse for KofC NNLB, we are in desperate need to fill our shelves currently!

Blast a message to any members, followers, or associated church or community groups that we are looking for household items..such as dishes, pots n pans, small kitchen appliances, silverware and servingware, towels, washcloths, bed linens, etc.......
Our shelves are shockingly empty..we can take any garage sale leftovers as well..If this is possible, thank you!!!

We now help 50 to 120 families/non-profits a month with 500 to 1000 items. We have grown, and now need $300 a week just to cover the cost of gas, insurance and normal maintenance on the trucks.

We are at a point now where we need another newer dependable truck to keep up with the need in our Greater Flint Community.

Why do we have this program!

Colossians 3:23 says, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” Serving God through our work gives it meaning. When we dedicate our efforts to Him, we bring value and purpose to our daily tasks.
