🙌 Huge Thank You to KACC!
​Our hearts are so full! We want to give a massive shout-out and a heartfelt THANK YOU to the incredible team from KACC for coming out to serve alongside us here at In the Gap Ministries (ITG).
​This team didn't just show up; they poured out the love of Jesus in every single thing they did. Over a powerful few days, they helped us:
• ​Run a 2-day VBS: Bringing joy, laughter, and the Gospel to so many kids.
• ​Provide hot lunches: Feeding bodies and souls with smiles on their faces.
• ​Be His hands and feet: Spending real quality time with people, sharing Jesus, listening to stories, and building genuine connections.
​Above & Beyond: The KACC team also rolled up their sleeves to show God's love in a tangible way by replacing burnt siding on an elderly woman's house and delivering 2 beds to a family in need. What a beautiful picture of the Gospel in action! 🔨🏠
• ​We are so incredibly grateful for your servant hearts, your hard work, and the lasting memories made. You left an impact on the community and on us. We are blessed to call you partners in ministry.

🛏️ The Journey of a Bed
​1. The Request (Funding the Dreams)
Everyone needs a place to dream, to rest, to feel safe but right now, a child is sleeping on a cold floor. 🌙 When we receive a request or observe a need, we help determine what beds are needed and add them to our dream list.
​At In the Gap Ministries, we believe a bed is a tangible way to show the unconditional love of Christ to others. We then raise $275 per bed to provide a brand-new bed frame, mattress, Bible and bedding (including a handmade quilt) for a family in need.

✨ A Heart Full of Gratitude
​Heartfelt thanks to the Acacia Quilt Guild of Orange County for not only allowing us to share what we do with all of them, but for their incredibly generous donation of over 50 handmade quilts! 🧵✨ These beautiful gifts will bring so much warmth and comfort to those we serve.
​We also want to share our deep gratitude for our friends and family at Knott Ave Christian Church. Thank you for allowing us to share our mission, for your constant prayers, and for your partnership with us and support for the Beds of Hope project. 🛏️🙏

​In the Gap Ministries hosted a special Community Day! We believe some of the best conversations happen around the table, so we’re breaking bread (and crust!) together.

He is Risen & Hope is Delivered! 🕊️✨

​This Easter season, In the Gap Ministries had the incredible privilege of being the hands and feet of Jesus. Because He conquered the grave, we are empowered to bring light and life into the community!

​We are overflowing with gratitude as we share the impact of this week’s outreach:

​🍎 Nourishing Families

​Just in time for Easter Sunday, we were able to deliver fresh food to local families in need. A massive shout-out to Rock Point Church for their incredibly generous donation! Your heart for the community ensured that stomachs are full and hearts are heavy with nothing but thanks for Jesus overcoming the grave.

​🛌 Sweet Dreams & New Beginnings

​The blessings didn’t stop at the kitchen table! Thanks to our dedicated donors, we also delivered two brand-new bunk beds to families. Providing a safe, comfortable place for children to sleep is a tangible way we can show God’s love and restoration.

​"He is not here; he has risen, just as he said." — Matthew 28:6

​Easter is a reminder that no gap is too wide for God to bridge. Whether it's a hot meal or a warm bed, we are honored to stand "in the gap" for those who need it most.
