✨Secretary: Manages meeting records, official correspondence, and keeps members informed about events and decisions.
✨Treasurer: Manages council finances, oversees budgeting and financial planning, and ensures transparent financial reporting.
✨Social media: Manages the council's online presence, creates engaging content, and communicates important information to residents.
✨Facility Manager: Oversees dorm facility maintenance, liaises with base maintenance services, and addresses residents' facility-related concerns.
✨Equipment Manager: Manages council-owned equipment inventory, ensures proper use, and oversees maintenance.
✨Event Coordinator: Plans, organizes, and executes dorm events, ensuring enjoyable and meaningful activities.
✨Oasis Ambassador: Dorm Representative & Community Connector. An Oasis Ambassador serves as a bridge between dorm residents and the Oasis Council. Ambassadors promote Oasis programs, events, and resources by fostering engagement and creating a welcoming environment for all Airmen. They represent the voice of their dorm community, provide valuable feedback to the council, and help build a positive and supportive dorm culture.
✨Oasis Hosts: Helps us manage the oasis Monday-Friday by open the facility, keeping it manned, manages the snack shop, restocking the refrigerator, take out the trash and close the facility.
