Adri's Art Since the early church to present times, liturgical art has been used to spread God’s word and sho The technique I use is called “Repujado”.

This is an ancient art of embossing or pressing shapes into metal to create a design on aluminum, tin, copper or brass. It arrived in Mexico during the Spanish colonization. It was used out of the necessity to protect the icons of the churches from the chandelier smoke, the environment and the time itself. Mexican and South American artisans have used copper and tin for centuries to produce jewelry and ornamental items. Religious images were embossed on tin metal sheets initially.

Art Exhibit 2028

I’m feeling both excited and a little nervous as I step into designing my upcoming art exhibit. It may seem simple and far off, but I know there’s a lot of work ahead—and it starts with creating the artwork I feel God has called to bring into the world.

To fully focus on this, I’ve decided to temporarily close my online store. I want to give my energy to creation without the distractions of running the business side.

I’ll still be active on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and my prints will remain available. However, I won’t be taking on new commissions or posting new work for sale during this time.

I’d truly appreciate your prayers and support as I follow this path. I’m looking forward to sharing the journey with you along the way. 🤍
