In honor of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, here are some reminders. This month is a reminder that we all need support sometimes and that we were never meant to do life alone. Be gentle with people and lead with kindness. You never truly know what they may be walking through internally.

You don’t have to hide your pain from God. He welcomes you as you are and cares deeply about every part of what you’re carrying. Even when life feels heavy, your struggles are not the end of your story. God can restore hope, bring healing, and use your life for something meaningful.
