Good Morning, Beloved!
It's a wonderful day to be in the house of the Lord as we celebrate our risen Lord! Hallelujah!

It's also Communion Sunday! and we will celebrate the finished work of Christ with the Lord's Supper! If you will be joining us on Zoom, please get your elements ready for this special time in our worship.

We will have Adult Bible study this morning at 10am in the Fellowship Hall. We will continue our study of Psalm 37. Rick Becktel will be leading us. Today's topic: "Commitment to Righteousness."

Then we will gather in the Sanctuary at 11am for worship.

In some of my reading and study this week I came across this comment: "Knowing things about Christ and knowing him personally are two different things. Only one will gain you entrance into heaven." Good Afternoon, Beloved!
Happy Independence Day! I trust all of you are well and are or will be enjoying your 4th of July celebrations! It's hard to believe we're 250 years old as a nation. We would never have achieved it without God's help and provision. Praise be to God for his wonderful gifts to all of us!

Tomorrow is Communion Sunday. We will break bread and share the cup together in fellowship and remembrance of Him who gave his all so that we may be forgiven.

We will have Adult Bible study in the morning at 10am in the Fellowship Hall.

Then we will gather in the Sanctuary at 11am for worship.

Tomorrow is the last Sunday of the month, which is our monthly Potluck Dinner in the Fellowship Hall after worship. Woohoo!

We will NOT have Adult Bible study in the morning. We will continue our study next Sunday, when we will gather at 10am in the Fellowship Hall.

Tomorrow we gather in the Sanctuary at 11am for worship, and move into the Fellowship Hall for dinner afterwards.

Tomorrow is Father's Day. Let's remember and celebrate all those men in our lives who have been fathers or father figures to us.

Tomorrow we will begin our day of celebration at 10am with our Adult Bible study. Rick will lead us as we continue to study the fruit of the Spirit.

Then at 11am we will continue our focus on Intimacy with God. Tomorrow we will consider solitude and silence.

Today is the 82nd anniversary of D-Day, when the allied forces landed on the beaches of Normandy. Be sure to say a special prayer in remembrance, for the great sacrifices made in this heroic endeavor.

Tomorrow is Communion Sunday, so be prepared to share the Lord's Supper together, whether you worship in person or on Zoom.

We will not have Adult Bible study in the morning. Rick is under the weather.

Good evening, Beloved!
Tomorrow is Ascension Sunday, when we celebrate Jesus' ascending to heaven and sitting at the right hand of God.

The resurrection of Jesus is the central hope of the Christian faith—but it’s not the end of the story. After rising from the grave and appearing to His disciples for forty days, Jesus ascended into heaven. For many believers, the ascension receives far less attention than the cross or the empty tomb. Yet in the eyes of the New Testament authors, the ascension wasn’t just a transitional moment—it was essential. We will be reflecting on the Ascension tomorrow during the sermon time.

Tomorrow we will meet at 10am for Adult Bible study in the Fellowship Hall. Rick Becktel will be leading us.

Afterwards we will meet at 11am for worship both in the Sanctuary and on Zoom.
