This morning I attended a beautiful birth; a slow-to-start induction with a speedy active labor, including back labor. This mama utilized my TENS unit (always in my birth bag!) and she felt it was instrumental in her natural birth!

Not every pregnancy ends the way that we hope for. As one of the only early pregnancy providers in the area, unfortunately we have the opportunity to walk through early loss with patients more than our hearts would like. I couldn’t let the International Day of the Midwife pass without thinking about the two midwives who have guided me through the births of my children! They are such a blessing to our family! Shoutout to all the amazing midwives serving our community and beyond - you know who you are! ❤️

Big Announcement! This class has been a labor of love for nearly a year now with the planning, re-working and testing of this course. It has been my dream for a while to create a down to earth, holistic, attachment lead postpartum and newborn care class and it is finally here!
