Good morning! Time for a quick November check in:

Confirmed vendors - You all should have received your confirmation emails weeks ago. You will be receiving further information via email this Thursday and one week prior to the event. Those who have completed our waitlist form should have similarly received a confirmation email.

We continue to receive inquiries about available spaces at our Dec 6th, 2025 fair. Currently we are FULL and have a significant waitlist.

ANYONE COMMENTING THAT WE HAVE SPACES AVAILABLE ON OUR POSTS IS SCAMMING!!!

You can however safely add your information to our waitlist at https://seasfw.org/christmas-craft-fair-1. Email addresses on our waitlist get added to our early access email for 2026 applications.

Thank you for your interest in participating in Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church Christmas Craft Fair on December 6 from 9 am to 2 pm held this year in the Saint Elizabeth Parish Activity Center.

ATTENTION! SEAS Craft Fair will NOT ask for your payment information on FB.

We have word that someone has posed as part of the craft fair committee saying a waitlist spot has opened asking for payment information.

If a waitlist spot opens, payment will only be made through the Craft Fair registration form.

Please report anyone on Facebook asking for payment as a scammer.

WOW that was fast! Our 2025 event is full!

Thank you to everyone who has applied. We are working on getting confirmation emails out in the next week. Shoppers: be ready to shop because it's going to be a good year!

If you are a vendor that is still interested in a spot at this year's event, you may join our waitlist.

To do so:
1. Fill out the registration form.
2. Do not pay.
3. If a spot opens up you will be contacted.
4. If you are contacted, payment will be requested at that time.
