Son- just learned of funerals b/c of a death
Father “Yes son, I’m 41 and I’ve lost 7 friends
Cop, hanging around to lead the hearse- jabs Father in the soft tummy with his Billy stick, says “shut you’re making it worse.
Son- starts crying
Father, talking to policeman now “but sir, you don’t understand…”
Cop hits him again with the billy stick, this time across the back
Father, bent over his knees to catch his breath tries to speak “not under, I mean you’re….
Father sputters after he feels the crunch of his nose and blood goes flying the same way as the billy stick.
Father falls after slipping in the blood breaking his arm saying “not seeing the full picture.
Policeman “I see a guy telling a kid, after a friend’s funeral that life isn’t going to get better!”
Son, through tears ״No, as***le. My mom just died, and you’re beating my only other parent to death”.

Check out out the comments on Representative Ledbetter’s post. It’s true, he puts on a face but right now there are veterans with PTSD who can not legally get the medicine that helps them (cannabis), and they sit in jail if they try to…because of HIS vote.
