Earlier this week, we started a trip down memory lane on “The Road to 828”. We told you that it started with a YES.
Yesterday marked the date that means so much to the Word Alive Church and Communion House family!

Seven years ago, we began our journey.
* There was no church building
* No seven year church history
* No way of knowing what was before us
There was a vision from God and people willing to believe that gave their committed Yes! 💚
God took that YES, and began to write our story
📖 A story of lives changed.
📖 A story of families connected.
📖 A story of worship, God’s Word & prayer.
📖 A story of service and authentic community.
📖 A story with mountaintops and valley lows. 📖 A story of unexpected turns and new beginnings.
📖 A story of WHOLE lot of grace along the way!
THAT IS WHY WE CALL IT 828 DAY!!!
828 is more than a day/date! It marks a moment in time that initiated a MOVEMENT of God!
So today we reflect 💭
💭 Where God has brought us from…
💭 What He has and is carrying us through…
💭 And the assignment that He still has for us…
From gathering in our home, to worshipping in the neighborhood clubhouse, and now worshipping in the current building that God has given us and every stop along the way God is still writing our story!
SEVEN YEARS LATER… WE’RE STILL HERE
Still Committed to being One Church with One Mission and One Vision.
We are still on the Road to 828 and…
