Youth Winter Retreat
We are excited to announce registration for our upcoming Winter Retreat 2025. The 2025 Winter Retreat will be at Camp Sumatanga, and the address is 3616 Sumatanga Road, Gallant, AL 35972, on February 14-16, 2025. The theme will be “ONE”. Unfortunately, we have limited spaces available for this retreat. We have enough for roughly 1/2 of the District TNT attendance. Therefore, to make it fair for all churches, registration will NOT go live on the Bama North NYI website (bamanorthnyi.com) until 3 PM on Sunday, December 1, 2024. [NOTE: The online registration portal is currently being tested. Please do not attempt to register early. Everything will be deleted and locked before the go-live date.]
We are so thankful for some very generous donations which have allowed us to lower the retreat cost by $50 per person. The cost of Winter Retreat 2025 will be $110 until December 31, 2024. Beginning January 1, 2025, if anyone cancels from your church (student or worker), your church will still be responsible for the registration fee. Furthermore, if rooms are still available, which most likely will NOT be the case for this retreat due to limited space and increased District NYI attendance, registration will increase to $120. Please get this information out to all your youth and youth workers before the December 1st go-live date for registration!!
