Have you ever wondered "How do archaeologists date things?"

Corey, our resident archaeologist, breaks it down.

Help your church get a bigger view of the bible and the world in which is was written, at the Elliott Library & Museum.

Real. Biblical. History.

Before Gen Z and Gen Alpha will receive instruction, many first need to experience trust.

Too often, churches lead with correction before connection.
But younger generations are deeply relational. They want to know whether leaders genuinely see them, value them, and care about them, not just whether leaders have answers.

Discipleship has always moved at the speed of relationship.

When trust is built first, conversations about faith, accountability, truth, and spiritual growth become far more meaningful and transformative.

In this clip from our recent Lunch & Learn, we discuss why relational ministry is essential when discipling younger generations in today’s culture.

Everyone has a story of brokenness, and every ministry leaders has one tied to their kingdom service.

There are podcasts for everything today. But one that we couldn't find was for stories where leaders in ministry were left hurt, disillusioned or struggling and yet endured, even if the story doesn't end all neatly tied up in a bow.

This is the crux of the Ministry & podcast.

Not every pastor is called to fight every battle.

One of the greatest leadership mistakes in ministry is trying to engage every cultural issue, every debate, and every spiritual battlefield, often at the expense of the actual assignment God has given us.

Wise leaders know where they are called, where they are equipped, and where they can faithfully serve with clarity and conviction.

That doesn’t mean avoiding difficult conversations.
It means leading from strength instead of exhaustion.

In this clip from our Lunch & Learn, on ministering to Gen Z and Gen Alpha, we discuss why discernment, focus, and spiritual clarity matter more than trying to be everything to everyone.

Gen Z is often labeled as distracted, disconnected, or “tech obsessed.”

But that narrative misses something important.

This generation is highly creative, innovative, collaborative, and capable of bringing fresh vibrance into the life of the Church.

Technology hasn’t eliminated their desire for purpose, it’s shaped how they think, communicate, solve problems, and build community.

Instead of viewing Gen Z as a ministry problem to solve, what if the Church saw them as leaders to equip?

In this clip from our Lunch & Learn on ministering to Gen Z and Gen Alpha, we talk about the unique strengths this generation can bring into ministry, leadership, and innovation within the Church.

One of the biggest misconceptions about Gen Z is that they’re spiritually apathetic.

They’re not.

Many young people today are deeply hungry for something real, not performance, not hype, not empty religion. They’re searching for authenticity, meaning, spiritual depth, and genuine encounters with God.

The challenge for church leaders isn’t whether Gen Z is interested in spirituality.
The challenge is whether the Church is prepared to offer something deeper than surface-level answers.

In this clip from our recent Lunch & Learn, we discuss why Gen Z responds to authenticity, honesty, and meaningful spiritual formation far more than polished appearances.
