Worry is one of the great struggles of the human heart—but Jesus speaks directly to it in Matthew 6:25–34.
In this message, we look at Christ’s command, “Do not worry about your life,” and His call to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. When life is filled with uncertainty, needs, pressure, and fear about tomorrow, Jesus reminds us that our heavenly Father knows exactly what we need.
This sermon challenges us to examine what has captured our hearts. Are we consumed with earthly concerns, comfort, and control—or are we pursuing the presence, will, and purposes of God above everything else?
Main themes in this sermon:
Worry and anxiety in light of Jesus’ teaching
Trusting God for daily needs
The danger of living consumed by earthly concerns
Seeking first the Kingdom of God
Finding peace by surrendering tomorrow to the Father
