Community Bible Study, Jacksonville Ortega-FL Mission: Making disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ in our communities through caring, in-depth Bible Community Bible Study has over 600 classes in the U.S.

for women, children, men, couples, teens and elementary students. CBS has been active in Clay County, Florida since 2006 with a day class for women, children, and men meeting weekly on Thursdays from 9:30-11:30 AM. Register now for the 2014 - 2015 study of The Gospel of Mark {first 18 weeks} followed by Christian Living {remaining 12 weeks}. Using the CBS four-pronged approach of independent study

, core group discussion, teaching lecture and written commentary, the inter-denominational class is suited to all, whether they have studied the Bible before or not. Classes are offered to infants and children through grade 12.

Trusting in God’s perfect timing and provision for our class we have changed our meeting day to Wednesday. Due to a conflict at St. Mark’s Thursday morning is no longer a viable option for us. Please pray for our class as we move forward.

*We offer In-person classes that meet Thursday mornings from 9:30am to 11:30am. This class is for men, women and children, and meets at St. Mark's, Ortega
**We offer virtual classes that meet Thursday mornings from 9:30am to 11:30am for both men and women. This class meets in the comfort of your own home!
***We offer an evening class that meets at Grace Anglican, Fleming Island. This remote location offers classes for men and women, and meets from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
And if you still don't think you have time, we offer a virtual women's class on Thursday nights from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

If you want to know more about how the Bible relates to life then join Community Bible Study! There will be an evening men's group beginning January 18, 2023. CBS is an interdenominational study that brings together people of all ages, backgrounds, and levels of Bible knowledge. This new group will meet in person at Grace Anglican Church on Wednesdays at 6:00 pm. The course is entitled: Red Sea to the Jordan River. (Book 2) This details the journey of the Israelites prior to entering the Holy Land. The mission of Community Bible Study is to make disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ in our communities through caring, in-depth Bible study, available to all. Did you know our in person, Tuesday morning, Bible study also offers a Children's program? While parents and grandparents learn about God, their children and grandchildren ages 0-5 years of age are in a unique program that teaches about God"s love.
