Good-Natured Life’s 2026 Iconic Woman Conference & Retreat

📍 Jacksonville & Amelia Island, Florida
Our day began in prayer, followed by luxury transportation to The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. Each leather seat welcomed our Iconic Women with a zebra-themed pillow and curated red snack pack—setting the tone for a day rooted in intention, excellence, and grace.

During the ride, we celebrated remarkable women with awards and special recognitions—honoring those over 80, our most consistent conference attendees, a private pilot, and Iconic Woman Bev Jennings, recently named one of Jacksonville’s Top 50 Women Leaders. We also recognized our 35-year-old Emerging Icon, The Honorable Nicole Saunders, who was recently appointed Circuit Court Judge and received the “Favor Is Fair” Award for her resilience and faith.

Upon arrival, The Ritz-Carlton team warmly escorted us into our elegant ballroom. Dr. Deidra O. Franklin, President of Good-Natured Life, delivered the official welcome and led The Iconic Woman Prayer. Austin J. Franklin, CEO, set the atmosphere with a powerful opening, and Etiquette Consultant Carla Thompson acknowledged our valued sponsors and key partners, including Campione Law, P.A.

The experience continued with The Iconic Woman Standard, masterfully facilitated by Carla Thompson, followed by Dr. Franklin’s keynote, Destined to Reign—an enlightening message on identity, resilience, and walking boldly in purpose.
Under the Chandeliers, we were deeply inspired by the testimony of resilience and faith shared by Judge Nicole Saunders.

The afternoon unfolded with a private luncheon in the Atlantic Room at Salt Restaurant, meaningful conversations throughout the Ritz-Carlton property, shopping at the Iconic Woman Boutique, and a powerful legacy-building session focused on financial resilience.

We concluded the day with a private lingerie and mini spa experience sponsored by Nordstrom—an elegant reminder that iconic presence includes confidence, care, and wholeness.

This was more than a conference. It was a sacred space devoted to resilient well-being, leadership development, iconic presence, and legacy building.

Iconic Sis Day is a sacred pause before Good-Natured Life’s Iconic Woman Conference & Retreat. This private, pre-conference experience was created with one purpose: alignment—so that when we arrived at the Iconic Woman Conference & Retreat, we arrived already connected, grounded, and unified.

Held inside the beautiful space at Jones and Rose Luxury Natural Bath and Body Products reflected intention—natural luxury, care, and calm—setting the tone for an iconic day.

As each woman entered, she was welcomed with a sequined jersey reading Grace Wins or Say Amen. These are not slogans. They are declarations of faith and alignment.

Dr. Deidra O. Franklin, President of Good-Natured Life, delivered a message centered on grace. Then, women were able to shares meaningful stories—real moments of how grace has manifested in their lives.

Iconic Sis Day (TM) exists to welcome new women into the journey, to commune with those who have walked it before, and to remind us that sisterhood is not built at the conference—it is carried into it.

We arrived aligned.
We arrived connected.
And we arrived ready.
