Update:
We will be shipping a 40 ft container to Dominica on December 7th or 8th. All donated items need be sent/dropped off/collected by December 5th. Please keep these dates in mind as you continue to put your items together.

If you look through our FB page, you will notice that we have not been very vigilant about updating our page often, but please don't take our lack of communication to also mean a lack of action. We are often so busy with our various projects that we don't have much time to make posts. This is something we plan to work on as we realize that our donors/supporters love to be able to see the work that we are doing.
In that vein, here is a brief update on our "Operation Restore Dominica" project. We are really mobilizing relief efforts here in Atlanta. Donations are being picked up and dropped off everyday. We've contacted many companies who have pledged their help to us and we will start receiving those donations soon.
We are planning a relief fundraiser where we will have lots of food/drinks for sale and we will be raffling two IREP767 Flag Tshirts. The date for the fundraiser will be announced soon.
Remember that if you do not live in the Metro Atlanta area, you can still donate by shipping items to our mailing address, donating financially through our PayPal account: [email protected] or by contacting one of our many ambassadors located in various metro areas throughout the U.S.

As some of you know, the founder of Righteous Givers, Mave Laudat Hyacinth, is originally from the Caribbean island of Dominica (formally the Commonwealth of Dominica). This island was hit by Tropical Storm Erika on August 27th, 2015, and has suffered devastating losses including over 20 deaths. The island and it's people are in need of relief assistance as many villages were destroyed by floods and landslides, leaving hundreds homeless and destitute. Much of the island is without basic resources such as water and electricity; many roads have been destroyed leaving villages completely cut off from each other; hundreds of people have been evacuated from their homes as their villages are no longer habitable. The loss has been immense and help is needed.
