This Sunday, June 14, we will be participating in the Farmingville Street Fair from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We invite you to stop by, say hello, and enjoy a great afternoon with the community!

‼️Please note that due to road closures and limited access to Portion Road during the event, our Christian Refuge Church service will begin at 6:00 PM immediately following the fair‼️

We look forward to seeing you at the Street Fair and then joining together for worship afterward!

What a beautiful Hope Day! ☀️

We give all honor and glory to God for the opportunity to serve our community, share His love, and witness His faithfulness throughout the day.

Thank you to everyone who served alongside us, including our brothers and sisters from neighboring churches. A special thank you to Axis Church Medford for welcoming us into this wonderful community and allowing us to be part of this meaningful tradition.

Our prayer is that every person who received food, prayer, encouragement, or support left knowing they are seen, loved, and valued by God.

Thank you to every volunteer, supporter, and prayer partner who helped make this day possible. Together, we continue to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

Christian Refuge Church celebrates every soul who stepped into the waters of baptism this past Sunday.

We honor your courage, your “yes” to Jesus, and the beautiful new journey you’ve begun. May the Lord strengthen your walk, renew your mind, and fill your days with His peace as you grow in this new life.

We also honor our pastors on their first baptism service shepherding with kindness, humility, and a heart that reflects Jesus. It is a blessing to walk this journey together.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, the new has come.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

Sometimes life has a way of making us stop believing for what we once prayed for.

In 2 Kings 4, the Shunammite woman prepared an upper room for the prophet Elisha. When he promised that she would have a son, her response revealed the disappointment she had carried for so long: “Do not deceive your servant.” She had been let down before and was afraid to hope again. Yet God remained faithful to His promise. ✨🙏

This week, Pastor Nat reminded us that people may fail us, circumstances may disappoint us, but God never breaks His word. Even in the hardest seasons, He is working all things together for our good.

If you’ve been struggling with discouragement, don’t give up. The same God who fulfilled His promise then is still faithful today. ❤️
