Francis Aning Amoah is 52 years old ordained Roman Catholic priest since August 10, 2002. Francis holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix Arizona. Among other courses, Francis studied Psychology of Consulting and Coaching, Principles of Personnel and Human Resource Management, Psychology of Leadership, and Principles of Industrial and Organiza

tional Psychology. As part of the PhD project a dissertation on leadership was completed. The research topic was Leadership styles and spiritual traits of Catholic priests in Ghana. The study explored the relationships between individual’s leadership styles (Transformational, Transactional, and Laissez-faire) and spiritual traits (Self-directedness, Cooperativeness, and Self-transcendence), and the impact on the job. Prior to the doctoral degree, Francis obtained a Master of Science in Management degree with concentration in Human Resource from The Catholic University of America. Aning Amoah served as a counselor, spiritual director, and retreat director; and hospital chaplaincy after obtaining 4 units of clinical pastoral education from Yuma Regional Medical Center in a yearlong residency program. Francis has led churches with great success, exhibiting leadership efficiency, both in Ghana and United States.
