Let me start by saying that I need the prayers of all of you that are striving to follow the Lord Jesus in spirit and in truth. It has been difficult for me not to weigh in on all that is going on within our country to disenfranchise any and every one that does not fit the mold of the powers that be.
Further, it has been extremely difficult to be silent and still as individuals arrogantly and proudly proclaim faith in Jesus when their works tell far different stories.
Stories that demonstrate their spiritual blindness as they pimp the Gospel of Christ to obtain that reserved for those who truly submit themselves to the Lord. Instead, whether delusionally or foolishly for what they are depicting to be true, then the Lord would be their servant rather than the great I AM.
Now, the Holy Spirit has impressed upon my heart that there must be voices rising up. Voices that must speak not as evangelists calling unbelievers to the Lord. Voices that admonish those who consider themselves to be spiritual leaders or admonish those who mask their actions in costumes of righteousness and pious sounding words.
Years ago, a sermon was preached with the sermon title Does Anybody Really Know What Time it Is?
The title is reminiscent of a song by the Chicago Transit Authority or Chicago in 1969. Considering the time in which it was performed, it was totally appropriate song for there was a war going on and turmoil throughout the United States in protest of the war and racial strife.
The sermon being preached in 1992 was not focused upon that time but called into question was the role the Church and hence Christianity was playing in society.
Now upon reflection in 2026, based upon what is going on today within society and specifically among many who profess to be Christian; the question might easily be asked again: Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?
Before I go any further, I must say to you again that the concern expressed herein is not for atheists, agnostics, or any other group or individuals that may not have professed to be followers of Christ the Messiah.
Neither Foundation Revival Ministries nor its founder exists to witness to or evangelize the unsaved. That is not the calling or burden that the Lord has established within us.
If I were a watchman standing in a tower looking out over the United States, I would have to proclaim that regardless of the time of day spiritually all is not well. There is great danger within Christianity.
Were the Prophet Jeremiah with us today, it is not hard to imagine that his message would be the same as I have.
The beginning of that message I have is that those who are perverting the Gospel of Christ are brashly speaking loudly with a certainty that is false proclaiming oh how I love Jesus.
Then there are those who with pious expressions but with arrogant countenances brag about praying even though a blind person can see that they are compromising their profession of faith for position, power, or financial gain.
That is why it is still appropriate to ask today, Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?
A cynical person might add: does anybody really care?
This ministry has nothing to do with politics or those involved in politics except to call attention to those who seek to justify their misrepresentations of Christ’s saving grace by infusing their personal attitudes and desires into the Gospel making the Lord their servant instead of their Master.
My question to you is: Are you aware of what is going on? Can you see the difference?
Do you understand that we are living in a time when individuals professing to be devout Christians use the words of the Prophet Isaiah in Chapter 5 verse 20 as a weapon to demean and demonize those who disagree with them.
However, the reality of the situation is that despite their self-righteous hateful proclamations, they are unwittingly being used by the author of confusion as soldiers in his army.
Now you might ask who am I talking about? I say to you read the scriptures. Try you the spirits whether they be of God or man.
I am not one to get into deep theological discussions to justify what the Lord has shown me and is directing me to do. That is fruitless.
Without naming a specific place, I have sat in classes where the Bible was merely a helpful guide to Christian beliefs. The point being that by selecting scripture passages charlatans can erroneously validate very strange doctrinal beliefs.
Am I being as arrogant as I have suggested others are. Certainly not! It has been and shall always be my prayer that the Lord keep me humble before the Cross of Jesus that I never think more highly of myself than I ought!
Further, I suggest to you that as surely as I know what the Lord has called me to do, you simply have to do as Gamaliel suggested in Acts 5 verses 38 and 39:
38 And now I say unto you, refrain from these men and let them alone, for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought;
39 but if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it, lest it may happen ye be found even to fight against God.”
The aforementioned is what I say to those who will take issue with that which the Lord has commissioned me to speak. That is why I will not debate or argue with anyone. Not out of arrogance or self-righteousness, but humbly with the certainty that the Lord has given me.
To anyone who is able, I ask if you can please support this ministry financially and/or in prayers that the Word can go forth in a meaningful way throughout the country.
Starting next week at the latest, messages will begin detailing exactly what time it is.
Until then, may the Lord bless and keep you!!!
