We will also hold our regular 10AM service, and an Easter Egg Hunt is planned for the Sunday School kids.

If so, please consider joining our choir for some special music during the introit and anthem (offering) time for our services on Palm Sunday & Easter. If youโ€™re able to sing on both Sundays, participation will involve three rehearsals, held at 5:45 PM to make it easier for those coming straight from work. Each rehearsal will last about an hour and will begin the week of March 15. If youโ€™re interested or have any questions, please contact Lorraine.

Their Rapid Response Network, made up of thousands of trained Vermonters, mobilizes quickly when there is an immigrationโ€‘enforcement crisis, offering support, presence, and protection.

On Wednesday, 2/25, more than 2,000 UMC and other faith leaders marched in Washington, D.C., witnessing to the Christian call to justice and reminding immigrant communities that they do not stand alone. Here in VT, a local group of 40 people, including clergy and community members, gathered in St. Albans to march in solidarity. As part of this effort, the children will participate in a service project supporting the Samaritan House in St. Albans. We will be collecting hygiene items such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, shaving kits, and tampons. Please place donated items in the box at the back of the sanctuary. Thank you for supporting the Sunday School and helping our children learn through service.

๐‡๐š๐›๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐‡๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐ข๐ง ๐’๐ญ. ๐€๐ฅ๐›๐š๐ง๐ฌ Rob, Lisa, and Thom had a great time representing UCF at Fridayโ€™s St. Albans build. Our team hung drywall on the second floor and made solid progressโ€”Lisa even conquered her fear of the compound miter saw! We also learned that ReStore sales help fund building supplies for Habitat homes, making every donation count. We hope to support future projects and will keep UCF updated as new opportunities arise.

๐…๐จ๐จ๐ ๐’๐ก๐ž๐ฅ๐Ÿ ๐๐ž๐ž๐๐ฌ Thank you to everyone who has been able to donate to our food pantry. It has made a tremendous difference to our neighbors in need. If you are looking for ways to help, we are currently in need of creamy peanut butter, canned potatoes and canned carrots. Every contribution is very much appreciated!

Food Shelf Update & Donation Request

Thank you, community, for your continued generosity in helping keep our food shelf pantry stocked this winter. Thanks to your support, weโ€™re in a much better place than we were just a few weeks ago, and we truly canโ€™t thank you enough.

There are still a few items we could use help replenishing:

- Toilet paper
- Paper towels
- Creamy peanut butter
- Canned potatoes
- Canned carrots
