Does anyone know who this dog may belong to? He was recently struck by a vehicle in Quitman and taken to the Clarke County Animal Clinic.

He's doing okay, but is in pain. Please share to help find the owners. He is scared and needs his pet parents.

We Love to 'Fall' for Jesus and let God's Light Shine. Come and let's have some Fall Fun at the House of the Lord!

Open Invitation to the Pine Hill Community, to local Enterprise Citizenry and to parts beyond & unknown: To go Boldly where you may never have been before, or possibly have been by there & wanted to stop, but were unsure and may have just kept going. Today (Sunday & Wednesday) come Praise, Sing(joyfully), learn about & Worship God with us.
Sunday Morning Worship Service begins at 11am and you will get a God Blessing that Bro Blain McLain will lay on your heart thru the Holy Spirit!
Sunday School is at 10am, we meet in Kitchen aka Fellowship Hall. I promise I won't give y'all any written Homework or test. (Though I really wanted to, sadly it was voted down) LOL.
We're an informal bunch and really have fun while worshipping, praising God, singing & fellowshipping with one another.
And also, I could use wee bit more help with Johnny S. in getting him to open up to sing and to sing JOYFULLY as commanded. He just points to his heart and says he's singing on the inside (but the sound just doesn't come out).

GRIEF TURNED TO JOY

Very truly I tell you, you will weep and mourn while the world rejoices. You will grieve, but your grief will turn to joy.
John 16:20 (NIV)

These words, spoken by Jesus nearly 2,000 years ago, have been a lifeline for countless people facing sorrow. Today, let’s think about the first ones who clung to them: his disciples.

Jesus spoke these words on Thursday of Holy Week in the Upper Room. By Friday, he was crucified, and the world rejoiced in his death. Then came Saturday—a day of grief, confusion, and silence.

Perhaps the disciples were back in that same Upper Room, their tears breaking the quiet. Did the words from Thursday echo in their hearts? “You will grieve, but your grief will turn to joy.”

Did they dare believe it?

When Jesus said this, he wasn’t offering wishful thinking. He was declaring a truth written across the story of God’s people. From Abraham’s journey to Israel’s exodus, God had always turned grief into joy. It took time. It often involved loss. And it was always wrapped in mystery. But God was faithful.

If today feels like “Saturday” for you—a day of waiting, mourning, or uncertainty—know this: “You will grieve, but your grief will turn to joy.”

Cling to this promise. It is true because of the One who spoke it and the empty tomb that followed.

Your joy is coming. Hold on with hope, because God is still turning mourning into dancing, sorrow into singing, and grief into joy.

COME SING, BE JOYFUL & DANCE WITH US HERE AT PINE HILL BAPTIST CHURCH IN THE MORNING AT 10AM HAS WE CELEBRATE THE RESURRECTION OF JESUS CHRIST. THE ONE THAT LOVES YOU MORE THAN ANYONE COULD OR WOULD.
