📢 Welcome to the Team, Brother Steven Cruz! 🙌

We are excited to officially welcome Steven Cruz to the staff of King James Bible Ministries!

Brother Steven will serve as our Director of Prison Outreach, leading our Prison Ministry efforts. He will be actively going into jails and prisons in his area, working to reach souls with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He will also oversee the general operations of the prison ministry—helping expand the outreach, raise support, and build relationships with other ministries to bring our programs into more facilities.

A Short Testimony from Brother Steven:
Steven was raised Catholic, but after seeking answers and being told he did not need to read the Bible for himself, he came to the conclusion that Catholicism was wrong. After a period of searching the Scriptures and wrestling with his own sinfulness, he believed he was too sinful to come to Christ.

In June of 2007, during a deeply emotional time, the Lord began working on his heart in a powerful way. After experiencing events he could not explain, and being reminded that Jesus came for sinners, Steven went home, humbled himself before God, and prayed—accepting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour.

Though he later drifted and struggled, the Lord brought him back years later, restoring him and drawing him close once again—just like the prodigal son. God has shown him great grace and has given him a burden to reach others.

(This is only a short version of his testimony.)

Today, Brother Steven is a faithful member of Grace Baptist Church in Oxford, PA, and has a heart to reach those many often forget—the men and women behind prison walls.

📖 Help Us Put King James Study Bibles into the Hands of Inmates Seeking the Lord

We recently received a request from a prison chaplain in Georgia who told us something that truly blessed our hearts.

There are inmates in this facility who have access to NIV Bibles, but many of them have specifically asked if they could receive King James Version Bibles instead.

Praise the Lord for men who are hungry for the Authorized Word of God!

These inmates are not just asking for Bibles — they are asking for KJV Study Bibles so they can better understand the Scriptures and grow in their faith while incarcerated.

After looking into the best option, we are planning to purchase Rock of Ages KJV Study Bibles, which are designed specifically for prison ministry and discipleship.

The blessing is that we can purchase a full case of 12 Study Bibles for only $150 (plus shipping).

That means for a relatively small amount, we can place 12 solid King James Study Bibles into the hands of men who are seeking the Lord.

Hebrews 13:3 reminds us:

"Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them..."

Many inmates are searching for hope, truth, and redemption. The Word of God has the power to change lives, even behind prison walls.

📣 Volunteers Needed – King James Bible College Ministry Help
We are currently looking for individuals from churches in or around King Ferry, NY who may be interested in helping assist with the work of King James Bible College and King James Bible Ministries.
As the ministry continues to grow, the need for additional helpers has increased. We would love to train a few people who have a heart for the work of the Lord and would like to be involved in helping with the day-to-day operations of the ministry.
Those who are interested would typically meet twice a week at Bethel Ind. Baptist Church in King Ferry, NY, usually on Mondays and Thursdays at 10:00 AM.
We are especially looking for individuals who are:
💻 Comfortable with computers
📄 Familiar with basic Microsoft Office programs
📬 Willing to help with tasks such as:
Printing mailing labels
Entering student grades
Preparing lesson packets to be mailed
Assisting with other basic ministry needs
Our goal is to train several people in the different areas of the ministry, so that multiple individuals understand how each part of the work operates as the ministry continues to grow.
Anyone interested in helping would need to be of like faith and in agreement with our doctrinal statement. There are also many opportunities to grow and serve as the ministry continues to expand.

Additionally, we are prayerfully seeking someone with a burden for prison ministry who may be interested in helping oversee the prison ministry portion of King James Bible Ministries. This role would include coordinating with missionaries who take our Bible study program into prisons and jails, communicating with chaplains, and helping monitor the messaging system we use to communicate with incarcerated students.

📣 Ministry Update from King James Bible College - Please Read
We wanted to take a moment to share an update and let everyone know what the Lord is doing through the ministry of King James Bible College.
By the grace of God, our student enrollment has now grown to over 2,177 students worldwide. Out of those students, 901 are currently completing our correspondence Bible courses through the mail, receiving printed lessons and study materials each month.
As the ministry continues to grow, so do the practical needs involved in keeping everything running smoothly. In order to keep up with the printing demands of our correspondence program, we recently had to secure a new copier lease for the ministry office. The monthly lease payment is $203.95 plus tax, and because the ministry is still relatively new without established credit, we were required to pay two payments upfront totaling $440.53 before delivery.
We are very thankful the company worked with us to make this possible, as this copier has been a much-needed item for the ministry. Up until now we had been using the church’s copier, and our printing overages alone had reached nearly $400 per month. By separating the ministry printing from the church, this will help bring our monthly costs down and allow us a much larger printing allowance before overage charges occur.
With the new copier, our basic monthly operating expenses are now around $370.02, not including the significant postage costs required to send lessons around the world, along with office supplies such as paper, envelopes, staples, and website expenses.
We want to take a moment to say thank you to the individuals and churches who already faithfully support this ministry each month. Your generosity and prayers help make it possible for students around the world to study the Word of God through these courses. We truly could not continue this work without the support of those the Lord has burdened to stand with us.
We are simply sharing this update to let our friends and supporters know how the Lord is growing the ministry and the needs that come along with it.

We are looking for faithful, like-minded individuals who have a heart for serving the Lord and reaching others with the truth of God’s Word.

✝️ Must be a born-again believer
📖 Must believe in and use the King James Version (KJV) only as the preserved Word of God
⛪ Must agree with and support the doctrinal stance of King James Bible Ministries (Independent Baptist)
🤝 Must demonstrate Christian character and a sincere desire to serve the Lord
🕊️ Must be dependable and willing to communicate regularly with ministry leadership
📚 Ministry experience is helpful, but not required if the individual is willing to learn and serve faithfully

We are looking forward to a wonderful few days in the Lord’s service!

This Sunday, 2/22, we’re excited to be with Pastor John Murray Jr. at Narrow Way Ind. Baptist Church in Montcalm (West Virginia). We’re grateful for the opportunity to fellowship and worship together.

On Tuesday, 2/24, we’ll be meeting with Pastor Chris Smith at Faith Baptist Temple in Elizabethtown (Kentucky), and then on Wednesday, 2/25, we’ll be with Pastor Larry Eaton and the dear folks at Old Paths Ind. Baptist Church in Russellville (Kentucky).

We’re truly looking forward to seeing what the Lord is going to do in each service and meeting. Please pray for safe travels and that God would be glorified in all that is said and done.

🙏 We Are Thankful and Blessed 🙏

We are truly grateful to share that two churches have come on board to provide monthly financial support for King James Bible Ministries. We thank the Lord for His provision and for placing this ministry on the hearts of His people.

We also want to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who has donated and continues to donate to the ministries of King James Bible Ministries. Your prayers and support make it possible for us to continue teaching, preaching, and training others in the pure, preserved Word of God.

God has been blessing the work and has given us a clear vision for the future of both the ministry and the college. There are exciting things ahead, and more will be announced at a later date.

📢 Volunteer Ministry Opportunity – Internet Radio Ministry 📢

King James Bible Ministries is prayerfully seeking a volunteer who is ministry-minded, KJV-only, and like-minded with our doctrinal position to help operate and oversee our internet radio station ministry.

This volunteer role includes scheduling and creating programming and special events at specific times, uploading new music and preaching services, sharing church and ministry announcements, recording new announcements and church introductions, and assisting with seeking support for the ministry as the Lord leads.

We are looking for someone with a heart for the Lord, a burden for souls, and a desire to use internet radio as a tool to proclaim and teach God’s preserved Word. This is a ministry opportunity, not just a technical position, and requires faithfulness, initiative, and doctrinal agreement.
