Yesterday was our very last Bible Club of the school year, and we wrapped it up with our Bible Club Bash! 🎉💦🧁

We played games, celebrated our kiddos, handed out cupcakes and end of the year gifts, and had SO much fun together!

One of our favorite moments was recognizing a student who stood out all year long for showing incredible character, kindness, respect, and leadership. Throughout the year, students earned “star punches” for things like listening, encouraging others, following rules, and showing good character. This year’s top star punch winner was Creed Suter! We were so proud to celebrate him with a special gift! ⭐👏

We also finally revealed the winner of our Boys vs. Girls competition that has been going all year long during large group. The girls came out on top this year! 🩷🏆 Their reward? Two whole minutes to chase the leaders around the playground spraying us with water sprayers! 😂💦 Don’t worry boys… we let you join in too!

The video clip we’re sharing is proof that your leaders were RUNNING for their lives. 🤣

As we close out this school year, we just want to say THANK YOU.

Thank you to our amazing serve team who faithfully showed up week after week loving these kids, teaching them about Jesus, encouraging them, and making Bible Club a place they looked forward to every week. Your consistency and commitment matter more than you know. ❤️

Thank you to all of our parents for trusting us with your kiddos each week. It has truly been an honor.

And a huge thank you to the Elk City Elementary for allowing us the opportunity to invest in and encourage these students each week. We are so grateful for your support and partnership throughout the school year!

Our prayer is that every child walked away this year knowing they are loved, never alone, and that no matter what hard things they face, God is always with them and on their side. ✨

We hope your kiddos came home talking about how much fun Bible Club was this year because we sure loved every second with them!💙

What a great day at Bible Club today! 💛

We spent time reviewing the five character traits we’ve been learning all year—humility, obedience, attentiveness, gentleness, and enthusiasm—and the kids did such an amazing job. It has been so encouraging to see how much they’ve grown!

Next week is our LAST week of Bible Club, and we’re ending the year with a Bible Club Bash! 🎉 We’ll be playing games and celebrating all the fun we’ve had together. The kids have been competing (boys vs. girls 👀), so be sure to ask your kiddos about it! Also, the student with the most star punches will receive a special prize!

We are so thankful for each of you for allowing us to pour into your kids this year. We truly believe in this next generation—future leaders, teachers, pastors, and more—and it means so much to us to see them growing in their love for Jesus. Our prayer is that they leave knowing they are never alone and that they can always turn to God for strength in anything they face.

Be sure to check out the worship video from today—we love seeing their hearts in worship! ❤️

We’ll continue to stay connected here on our Bible Club page. Thank you again for an incredible year!

Part 3 from today at Elk City Bible Club.

King Ahab may have doubted, but God showed His power in a way no one could ignore.

Katherine did such a great job helping bring this story to life, and the kids loved watching the Bible story unfold right in front of them.

Today reminded us that God is powerful, faithful, and always worthy of our trust. Our character trait this month is enthusiasm, and we want our kids to know that following God is something to be excited about.

So thankful for leaders who help make these truths stick in the hearts of kids.

Watch this fun moment from today.

Part 2 from today at Elk City Bible Club.

Elijah challenged the people with a big question. Who will you follow, Baal or the Lord?

Pastor Kyle brought this moment to life in such a powerful way, and the kids were locked in as they heard that we can’t go back and forth. We have to choose to follow God.

Our character trait this month is enthusiasm, and today we talked about being bold and excited in our faith, just like Elijah.

Don’t miss this moment.

See our previous post for photos from today.

Today at Elk City Bible Club, our kids learned the powerful story of Elijah, King Ahab, and God sending holy fire from heaven.

Mrs. Janie did an amazing job bringing the Bible story to life, with Pastor Kyle dressing up as Elijah and Katherine, our assistant Bible Club coordinator, as King Ahab. The kids were fully engaged and loved seeing the story come alive right in front of them!

Our character trait this month is enthusiasm, and today we talked about how God is powerful, faithful, and always worthy of our excitement and trust. Just like Elijah boldly trusted God, we want our kids to learn to have faith and confidence in Him too.

We are so thankful for leaders who pour into these kids each week and make learning about Jesus so meaningful and fun.

Check out some of the highlights from today.

We’re missing our Bible Club crew BIG this week!

With Spring Break and no school, we’re taking a little break too. We hope your families are soaking up this time together and making sweet memories.

Here’s a little glimpse of what we love most… helping kids move, laugh, and get the wiggles out so their hearts are ready to hear God’s Word 💛

We can’t wait to be back together soon!

God is moving in an incredible way at Elk City Elementary Bible Club. 🙌 We celebrated 4 salvations this week, and today 2 new students signed up to join our club. ✝️

Right now we have about 52 kids signed up, with about 35 attending most weeks, and we are continuing to grow. 🎉

We are so thankful for our partnership with In The Gap and the support they provide for our Bible Club. They recently shared this short update about our club and some of the volunteer needs we currently have.

This video was originally shared with people who completed Bible Club Boot Camp training, but we wanted to share it here as well. You do not have to complete the boot camp training to get involved. We can help walk you through the training if you are interested in serving.

If you have ever been curious about Bible Club, we would love for you to come visit and see what a club day looks like. 👀

Thank you for continuing to pray for these kids and for the volunteers who faithfully pour into them each week. ❤️ If you would like to visit or learn more about serving, feel free to send us a message.

The club has been going well with between 30-40 kids each week, but we could really use help in a wide variety of roles. If you're willing to volunteer, or y...

This month at Elk City Bible Club we are learning about obedience and how we can cheerfully obey the people God has placed in our lives like parents, teachers, and leaders.

Today we talked about the story of Jesus at the temple and how even Jesus chose to honor and obey His earthly parents. Our kids had some great discussions about what obedience looks like in their everyday lives.

Today was also a special day because it was our first day joining the afterschool meal program at Elk City Elementary. We are so thankful for Elk City Public Schools for providing meals for students and for including our Bible Club kids in this opportunity.

A big thank you as well to our amazing Bible Club leaders who are always flexible and willing to adjust as things change so we can keep serving these kids well.

We love getting to spend this time each week with your kiddos. Here are a few moments from today’s Bible Club ❤️

What a great way to wrap up the month of January at Bible Club 💙

Watching the kids worship to Waymaker has been such a sweet reminder of how God’s Word is being planted in their hearts. They are not just doing motions, they are singing truth straight from Scripture.

This month, we focused on self control and learned about David sparing King Saul’s life. The kids were so engaged as we talked about choosing God’s way even when it is hard. Pastor Kyle did an amazing job as King Saul and helped bring the story to life in a fun and meaningful way.

One of our favorite moments was seeing the kids hold up and recite our memory verse about the fruit of the Spirit. It is a long verse, and they know it. Seeing them understand and remember God’s Word is just awesome.

Thank you for trusting us with your kids. It has been a great month at Bible Club, and we are excited to head into February as we begin a new theme focused on humility 💛

Yesterday at Elk City Bible Club was such a blessing! 💛📖

We had an incredible afternoon with 45 kids signed up and excited to learn.

The kids explored a big question: “If God is in control, why do bad things happen?” Through a hands-on illustration using water, pepper, and a cross, they saw how our world is broken by sin, but how Jesus brings peace and hope right in the middle of it all. ✝️

We talked about how following Jesus doesn’t mean life will be trouble-free, but it does mean we can have His peace even in a broken world (John 16:33). The kids were engaged, thoughtful, and asked such great questions.

We’re so thankful for our team and for every child who joined us. God is moving, and we’re excited for what’s ahead!
