The Oklahoma School of Biblical Emphasis is a work of the 2nd & Adams congregation of the Messiah to further the work of teaching the truth of God in the Western Oklahoma area and beyond. The focal purpose of this training program is to glorify God, to edify Christians, to help preachers improve their knowledge and ability, to strengthen church leaders, and to reach out with greater influence to the community.
