More About Carlos and Christina below. Carlos and Christina have been married since 2015, dating 20+ years and counting! In addition to leading Gateway Gathering Syracuse, Carlos serves as a marketplace chaplain for businesses in Onondaga County and ministers at Adult & Teen Challenge. Carlos also serves in marriage, discipleship, men's, student & young adults, and outreach ministries. Christina is a certified Change Management practitioner in the marketplace and serves as a leadership coach and mentor to women and young adult emerging leaders. Christina also serves in marriage, discipleship, women's, student & young adults, and outreach ministries. Both Carlos and Christina partner with other ministries and non-profit organizations throughout Syracuse, NY. Carlos and Christina love God, love people, love dogs, are huge NY Rangers hockey fans, enjoy traveling, cooking, playing video games, coffee, and learning new things. They love growing in community with others, and enjoy dreaming, planning, strategizing, and implementing God's vision from season to season while teaching and equipping others to hear from God, believe Him at His word, obey Him, and step into their God-given destiny on earth as it is in Heaven!
