We at Rhema Alive Church are extremely humbled and blessed by the kindness, generosity and support we recently received from a Sister-in-Christ and Facebook friend whom we have yet to (physically) meet. “Mrs. Barbara” lives all the way in Minnesota yet she was led of the LORD to sow a substantial and unsolicited seed into Rhema Alive Church’s Homeless Outreach Ministry here in Chattanooga. Mrs. Barbara learned of the ministry after viewing posts and videos from our Thanksgiving 2023 Homeless outreach and she wanted to help. Her generous donation will help us to ease some of the suffering Chattanooga’s homeless communities face with just supplying some of their basic needs, such as warm blankets, toiletries, clothing, socks and gloves, freshly cooked/nutritious meals, prepared in house then delivered to camps, the preparation of “Blessing Bags” and “Survival Boxes” as well as small fixed amounts of money applied to gift cards that could be used purchases at area fast food restaurants.

Mrs. Barbara has a heart for GOD’s people and we are grateful for her contribution to our ministry. We thank GOD for her and we believe GOD for the day in which we are blessed to meet her in person.

As we reflect on the past year, we can see the many ways in which God blessed us. HE guided us through many challenges, provided for our needs, answered our prayers, protected us from harm and opened and closed all the right doors. HE created many opportunities, healed our bodies, renewed our minds, comforted our sorrows and gave us peace. HE did all of that and so much more ...and as we look forward to the upcoming New Year, let's be confident that HE who has begun a good work in us will continue to perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6) and will continue to be with us on the paths HE ordained for our lives.
