Friend, what have you been carrying that has become too heavy?

Sometimes we pray about a burden, but then pick it right back up and continue trying to figure everything out ourselves.

Today, God's Word gives us another way:

“Cast your burden upon the Lord, and He will sustain you.” — Psalm 55:22

Whatever is weighing on your heart—your family, finances, grief, uncertainty, relationships, or simply the pressures of life—give it to God.

You don't have to have all the answers today. You don't have to figure everything out today.

Release the weight. Trust the One who is strong enough to carry both you and what concerns you. 🙏🏽
