I have an opportunity for ministry and outreach in another country. I have never done any type of outreach outside of the US. Can anyone provide advice and safeguards to use when sending money to other countries? I want to be a blessing to the people but I also don't want to appear I am funding a foreign country etc.... The times we are living in are crazy. Everything we do is monitored. Western Union would be the money transfer method and the account will not be a personal bank account. Any advice is welcomed. It's a women's group that has a need.
