🗣️God Never Said It Was Going To Be Easy.
God did not create us to be emotional people, but He did create us with emotions that we are to govern and steward over: emotions of agape—unfailing love, empathy, and compassion. We were created to be strong in faith, unshakable, confident, courageous, and BOLD!
We were never created to hate one another, only sin and the things that are an abomination and go against God’s will, word, and plan. 1 John 2:9-119: Anyone who claims to be in the light but hates a brother or sister is still in darkness. 10: Anyone who loves their brother or sister lives in the light, and there is nothing in them to make them stumble.
11: But anyone who hates a brother or sister is in the darkness and walks around in the darkness. They do not know where they are going, because the darkness has blinded them.
We must be mindful throughout our journey to be careful not to compromise or lower our standards in Christ.
Our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. It is that same Holy Spirit who gives us power over our flesh (the body) and all of its members, including the tongue. Therefore, blessings should not come out one moment and curses come out of the same mouth the next.

Just as a good tree cannot bear bad fruit, a true believer should not produce both blessings and curses. As believers, we must protect our walk and never lower our standards in Christ. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. It is that very Spirit that gives you power over the flesh—including your tongue!
Blessings and curses should never come out of the same mouth. Just as a good tree cannot bear bad fruit (Matthew 7:16-20), our speech must align with our faith. If we cannot control our tongue, our service is worthless (James 1:26). 💯
Let’s remember our true assignment today:
Build each other up 🧱
Edify and comfort ❤️
Exhort and inspire 🙌
Stop tearing down. Start building up!
