On Saturday, January 28, Trinity freshman Blake Hubbard was killed in a tragic accident involving a high voltage wire on a tower in Durham. r; Patty has served on the Parent Organization and is volunteer extraordinaire. Robert attended Trinity through eighth grade (before we had an Upper School), and Lauren graduated from Trinity last spring. Blake loved tennis and the Lord. Through your efforts, contributions and God's will, we will be able to remember Blake in a meaningful way that will allow others to enjoy the game he so loved, hear the Good News about Christ and follow in His footsteps the way Blake did. On Monday, April 9th, Easter Monday we will hold a memorial golf tournament, a 5K run/walk and a tennis tournament at Hope Valley. All proceeds will go towards the Trinity tennis program, to honor Blake's life, his love of other people and his love and devotion to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ...on whose side sits Blake, awaiting all of us.
