Hey everyone! So every month we are dedicated to helping Dare to Hope with their motel ministry by providing 50 lunches for them to pass out. For this month we were wanting to provide thanksgiving lunch to those 50 people! Well our Monday is next week and we are needing help. We discussed turkey but due to other life happenings we don’t see being able to cook enough turkey to provide for those 50 plates so we have discussed chicken tenders. Can anyone point us in the right direction for chicken tenders or even already cooked and sliced turkey?? Also that won’t financially drown us lol. Thank you in advance for your help!

Hey everyone! We are definitely looking forward to the pastries and prayers but we are having to change our date. Date is now December 4!! Event is on our page please share and hit going if you would like to be apart of building community and loving on others!

Good evening! Prayer is so needed and love is needed more than ever as well. Saturday November 20, 10:00-1:00, we will be holding pastries and prayer! We will have homemade pastries, bread, and store bought snacks to hand out along with prayer! Praying for you and with you! Notecards will be available to write a prayer request down if you’d rather that. We are just wanting to love on our neighbors and be the light we are called to be. (And free pastries, ummmm yes! 😝). Location will be announced closer to the date. We would love for others to join in, men and women (a great opportunity for families and kids to serve together), and love on our neighbors! We also would love to be able to have Bibles on hand to pass out to those who don’t have one. If you would like to make a donation of store bought goodies or water please send us a message, if you would like to make a monetary donation our cash app is listed or we can meet, if you want to join in on that day and serve please send us a message!!!

*** if you are nervous to pray out loud in front of others , no worries you can still be present! Presence is love and is needed, just saying hey to someone and handing a bottle water can do so much for a person! So please don’t let that stop you! ***

This week on outreach, we watched as a man walked from death to life through Jesus. His salvation is a beautiful reminder of why we go into dark places to share the Gospel. Even in the midst of darkness, His Light cuts through to reach people. It is the contrast of His love and His message against the darkness of the world that draws people to Him. It is beautiful to watch as He answers the prayer for dead bones to be brought back to life again.

We would like to thank Rise Up Ministries for providing the meals for outreach this week. It is a blessing to the ministry and to the people we meet each week. Every sandwich, every hotdog opens the door to sharing His love which makes way for moments that are life changing! We give Him ALL glory!

Resurrection Sunday is tomorrow!! Jesus Christ lives! 1,000 eggs have been sprinkled around Dothan! If you find an egg, please open it! They have been prayed over and we’re made with love! God is love! We rise because He rose for us! Romans 9:17
