Baptism Sunday – May 24, 2026
All glory to God! The angels rejoice in heaven.

“Then Peter said to them, ‘Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.’” — Acts 2:38

Last Sunday, we celebrated God's grace, mercy, and the gift of new life in Christ. We thank the Lord for all who took this step of faith and publicly declared their commitment to follow Jesus Christ.

May the Lord continue to guide, strengthen, and bless them as they grow in faith and walk in His purpose each day.
All glory and honor belong to God. Amen and Amen! 🙏✨

Mother's Day

Psalm 73:26 My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.

There are moments in life when our own strength falters, when the demands placed upon our spirit feel overwhelming, and even our physical resilience begins to wane. It is in these vulnerable times, when we confront our deepest limitations and the weariness permeates our very being, that a profound truth emerges.

For when our human capacity reaches its end, and our hearts feel utterly depleted, we are reminded that our ultimate source of power resides elsewhere. God stands as the unwavering bedrock of our inner being, providing an enduring fortitude that transcends all personal weakness. He is not merely a temporary comfort but the eternal, life-sustaining essence that strengthens our spirit and anchors our hope. This divine presence is our perpetual inheritance, a boundless wellspring of provision and solace that remains steadfast and true, offering unfailing support and belonging, not just for a season, but forevermore.
See you all at Divine Healing service tonight Tuesday May 19 @ 7pm

Hello friends.
We often find ourselves striving for greatness, attempting to ascend to spiritual peaks through sheer will or impressive deeds. We envision ourselves as heroes in faith, battling challenges with self-generated strength and wisdom. Yet, there’s a profound, liberating truth that calls us away from our impressive deeds in
a way that is more important than our own deeds, (humility)
The essence of our divine purpose isn't found in becoming extraordinary
individuals whom God might grudgingly use. Instead, it resides in recognizing our ordinary nature and offering it willingly. As the Apostle Paul so eloquently articulated in 2 Corinthians 4:7, "But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

Consider the imagery: we are but "earthen vessels"—fragile, common, and utterly unremarkable on our own. Yet, within these very containers, God chooses to deposit His most precious "treasure"—His divine power, His boundless grace, His transformative light. This isn't about cultivating impressive personal abilities or projecting an image of unshakeable strength. It's about acknowledging our inherent limitations, emptying ourselves of self-reliance, and thereby creating space for the infinite to reside.
With grace,
Pastor Joe Ribeiro

Blessings friends!
Sharing God’s word

In (1 Corinthians 15:34), the Apostle Paul wrote "waking up to righteousness, and do not sin”. It’s a beautiful reminder that when we truly grasp God's heart and His incredible love for us, it naturally guides us toward positive choices and away from paths of sin that might not serve us or others. We must try our best to live in a way that truly aligns with God divine plans for us.

Sometimes, we might stumble or feel a bit disconnected, and often that's just because we haven't fully embraced the depth of God's amazing grace and wisdom. But that's perfectly okay! It's all part of our journey of learning and growing. Instead of dwelling on past missteps, I see this as a wonderful invitation to continually seek a deeper connection with God, to really get to know Him better, and let that knowledge fill our lives with joy and purpose.

My hope for all of us is that we keep encouraging each other to explore our faith, to live with kindness and integrity, and to embrace the freedom and peace that comes from truly understanding God's word. It's a journey we're all on together!

Grace and peace to you all in this blessed Sunday morning!
On this sacred Resurrection Day, as we commemorate the ultimate triumph of light over darkness, let us turn our hearts and minds to the powerful words of Jesus found in John 11:25-26, a passage that speaks directly to the core of our eternal hope:

"Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die.'"

This incredible promise assures us that through faith in Him, our journey does not end with physical death, but rather transforms into an everlasting life.

May this glorious truth fill your heart with immense peace, renewed hope, and joyful celebration today and always. Let the reality of His resurrection empower you, inspiring new beginnings and strengthening your spirit.

Testing our faith
What it truly means to live out our faith, beyond just an intellectual understanding?
When you consider what genuine faith really looks like, it often comes with a personal price tag. It's not always comfortable. Sometimes it calls for us to step out of our routines, make sacrifices, or choose the harder path even when doing so is incredibly challenging. It's in those moments, when our faith actually costs us something whether it's our time, our pride, our resources, or just our comfort that it truly starts to deepen and grow.
Think for yourself what has your faith genuinely asked of you lately? What decisions have you made because of your convictions that truly required you to give something up, or to navigate a path that wasn't the easiest? If you find yourself thinking, "Not much, actually," then perhaps it's time to examine yourself.
Remember that powerful challenge from Paul in (2 Corinthians 13:5?) He encouraged us to really "examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith."

This isn't about feeling guilty or comparing our journey to anyone else. It's simply about having a sincere conversation with God, and with our own hearts, to see if our actions are truly with what we say we believe.
Personally,I think the biggest step for us isn't always about accumulating more spiritual facts or understanding more doctrines. Often, the real transformation happens when we actually do what we already know. It’s about putting that wisdom into practice, moment by moment, even in our worst circumstances.
