Yesterday was amazing!

This was our 2nd Community Baptism 💚 Last year we were at the grocery store, this year we opted for the liquor store.

We baptized 6 of God’s Children.
We preached the word of God.
Prayed for Many.
Fed plenty.
Gave away care kits & other resources.

Special Thanks go to our Community Partners

Motor City Marketplace for allowing us to host service in their parking lot.

This year the Fire Department returned to fill the baptism pool. 🙌🏾🙏🏾

We had another Community Partner sponsor and prepare the food! Pizza, Hot Dogs, Chips, Drinks - all done by Jermaine!

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Camille “Auntie Fats” Foard- Sewell.

We extend our heartfelt love, prayers, and deepest condolences to the Foard-Sewell family during this time of loss. We pray that God’s presence will surround them with His peace, comfort, and strength in the days ahead.

Auntie Fats was deeply loved by the leaders and ELF church family. She will truly be missed. During this time, let us hold to the promise that our Heavenly Father will be near, and keep those with a crushed spirit.

You Can’t Live off Cake…

We’ve got some news that takes the cake!

Jesus Christ is Lord AND He died for your sins.

We all have sin. (Romans 3:23)
⬇️
Sin leads to death. (Romans 6:23)
⬇️
Jesus died because God loves us. (Romans 5:8)
⬇️
Believe in Jesus and confess Him as Lord. (Romans 10:9-10)
⬇️
Whoever calls on Him will be saved. (Romans 10:13)

We had a cake walk for this month’s evangelism effort.

First, We had teaching and training and then we hit the streets sharing the good news. We even ran into some old friends and family members 💪🏽🙌🏾

The response we received was amazing.

We were at Parkway Foods on Jefferson!

Encouraging, Listening to their stories, Praying… and of course we had CAKE!

Fitness Tuesday @ Eternal Love Fellowship!

We had a good time tonight and Trainer Brandon gave a great word on discipline. He was in everybody business 😩
We gone get this together.

God has already given us discipline- its time to tap into it 🙌🏾

We had an amazing work out too.

Our goal is to be healthy mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Join us Bi-weekly for Fitness Tuesdays.

Yesterday was one of our favorite times of the Month, Mission Saturday! We were OUTSIDE 🙌🏾🙌🏾 It was what we called Operation Memory Lane.

Our Teaching and Training was on Seniors, specifically serving those experiencing Dementia with compassion. Afterwards we went out to a local assist living facility to fellowship.

We had the pleasure of playing games, coloring, and engaging in meaningful conversation.

We danced and jammed to Hits from Motown, shared in their memories, and played Uno … the original one lol

More than anything we gave them the gift of community and companionship- even if just for a few hours.

We enjoyed ourselves and next time… BINGO will be in full effect. It was a request 🤣 💪🏾

Today at ELF Detroit We had a Fellowship Brunch.

We know yall love Tre Streetz cooking… BUT he’s called to so much more. He’s getting into more teaching and training these days. Catch him leading next Saturday 💪🏾

Anyway…. Coney Island did us just fine. We ate, prayed, and encouraged one another in the word and will of God.

We will catch yall outside next Saturday. On 3rd Saturdays we build inside.

Today was a very enjoyable day for the residents, staff, and for ELF.

We played BINGO 🙌🏾Took snacks, Prayed, and had an amazing Fellowship!
