Yes I've reached the conclusion that Today is the Day. It makes sense to consider today the 6th day the first day of "Hanukkah" and tomorrow the 7th the Sabbath Amen. Early Christians celebrated the birth of "King EmmanuEl on January 6th for a number of reasons like Biblical prophecy like the prophecy in Malachi 4:2 that say "The SUN of righteousness will rise for those who fear GOD name, and that it will have healing in its wings" Amen. The Church Fathers discussed Christ birth in terms of light coming into the world, and some believed that his birth took place on a solstice date. On the Jewish calendar January 6th is the first day of Hanukkah "The Festival of Light. On the Jewish calendar the baptism of "EmmanuEl" the Gnostic Heretic Basilides and his followers celebrated Epiphany on January 6th, the date of the baptism. On the Alexandrian calendar the egyptian Basilideans used the Alexandrian calendar to calculate the date of "EmmanuEl" birth as January 6 or 10 considering the winter solstice when days start to get longer.
Early Christians generally didn't celebrate birthdays because they associated them with pagan festivals that involved astrology and the occult. Instead, they celebrated the day of a person's death as their "true Birthday"..... Praise HIS HOLY NAME Amen
