Hello everybody, as many of you know I've been looking for a job the last few months. Until my job situation gets more settled I've decided to not have regularly scheduled gatherings for Misfit Theology. The plan is to have events in the future in a more sporadic fashion so please keep an eye out for notifications and things.

I ran smack into my own biases today and was profoundly embarrassed. All I could do was apologize. How often do our assumptions and biases impact other people? Lets have a conversation about our own biases and how we can learn to do better.

We'll be meeting tonight at 5:30 at the Pioneer. I may be a bit late. I was inspired by Bishop Curry's sermon at the Royal Wedding recently. He talked about how redemptive love could change the world. Which was inspiring but he didn't get to how that love could changes things. We'll go deeper.
