Every Sunday before service, I would gather secondary leadership and department heads in the conference room for a pre-service briefing.

It was an opportunity to discuss the key points regarding the service to include:

Security checkpoints, run of show, guest lists with adjutant assignments and a moment of encouragement for our team.

We had some AMAZING briefings and I’m convinced that the success that we saw during service was the result of these strategic sessions.

I’ve decided to share some to encourage other leaders to take advantage of this model.

After a 2 year hiatus, we’re logging back in to structure, strategize and secure Evolve City Collective, Evolve Global Collective and Evolve City Music Group.

Creative minds are coming together again to contribute to the architecture of another trailblazing moment.
