Drikung Meditation Center is a Tibetan Buddhist meditation and practice center in the Boston, MA area. It was founded by Khenchen Rinpoche and it is now led by Lama Konchok Sonam, who came from Tibet's famous Katsel Monastery. Jowo Rinpoche statue, an 8' tall emanation replica of the renown Jowo Rinpoche in Lhasa, Tibet resides at our center. Lama Konchok Sonam commissioned the statue in Nepal to

Lama la Lopon Konchok Sonam went there to assist Rinpoche and help prepare the place.

May all their merit be multiplied and their actions bring good fruits. May the Buddha's teachings spread far and wide. May the glorious tradition Drikung Kagyu continue and grow until all beings be liberated from samsara.
May the Great Lord Drikungpa grants these practitioners the effortless establishments of the 2 purposes (for self and for others).

🇳🇵This morning we offered aspiration prayers for everyone in Nepal and south Tibet, all those who left this life and those who are suffering due to loss.
The doors of our Temple are always open for our dear community, Nepali Gurung or Tibetan, Lopon Konchok Sonam is always ready to offer dharma and gentle advice to all. Don't hesitate to come anytime.
