Drikung Meditation Center is a Tibetan Buddhist meditation and practice center in the Boston, MA area. It was founded by Khenchen Rinpoche and it is now led by Lama Konchok Sonam, who came from Tibet's famous Katsel Monastery. Jowo Rinpoche statue, an 8' tall emanation replica of the renown Jowo Rinpoche in Lhasa, Tibet resides at our center. Lama Konchok Sonam commissioned the statue in Nepal to

bring the blessings of the original to the United States. Lama Sonam offers various community daily practices live and online and is available for individual sessions also. Please visit our website for more information about Lama Sonam and the programs that we offer at DMC.

Lopon Konchok Sonam la will lead Buddha Shakyamuni practice and teachings starting at 10am.
After lunchbreak, 2 pm afternoon session will focus on Vajrasattva (Dorje Sempa) to purify all negativities, external and internal.

Happy Mother's day! 🌷Take a moment to remember their compassion and wisdom. We try to repay their kindness being grateful and wishing them real happiness.
In every lifetime we had a mother, who knows how many or where they are now! With this in mind, we say:

May all mothers - sentient beings boundless as the sky, have happiness and causes of happiness,
may they be free of suffering and the causes of suffering,
may they never be separated from the happiness that is free from sorrow,
may they abide in equanimity, free from attachment and aversion to those near and far 🙏🌷
