Today the Children of Hope celebrated the Sacred story of Jesus healing 2 blind men. Jesus, "Son of David, have mercy on us", they cried. And Jesus said "Open your eyes & follow me", so they did.
Today we are learning to see the world with Jesus's eyes...
Loving, inclusive, compassionate, kind, & filled with mercy.

The Children of Hope had a busy Sunday learning about when Jesus blessed the children. Veronica also squeezed in a mini lesson about Mardi Gras!

He flew in 1984 as a mission specialist, becoming the second African American to go to space.
