This will only be a business meeting with lunch provided immediately following. The Business meeting will begin at 11am. Given the current state of the RRVBPF, the business meeting will take place following lunch in a separate room. Feel free to attend or skip out on the business meeting. If you have questions about disbanding or about the future plans, please attend this important meeting.

Meet The Speaker
RRVBPF Aug. 3 Meeting @ BBC Bridgeport

Pastor Stephen Phillips was called by Liberty Baptist Church to be their Pastor on March 17, 2019.

Pastor Phillips was saved at the age of 5 after hearing his grandfather preach. He and his wife Melissa were married in 1998 and both graduated Heartland Baptist Bible College in May of 2001.

After graduating, the Phillips served at Bible Baptist Church in Bridgeport, TX for 17 years.

They have three boys; Nathanael, Micah, Seth, and one daughter; Makaila.

Buddy Himes has served as the Pastor of the Southwest Baptist Church in Midland, Texas since January of 2023. He and his wife Hallie have 5 children- Jackson, Peter, Charlotte, Claire, and Ruby. After 11 years of ministry in Indiana, the Himes family moved to West Texas with a desire to reach the Permian Basin with the Gospel and grow Southwest Baptist Church for the glory of God. Buddy and his wife are very accomplished singers, and Buddy is a great preacher of the Word of God.
