Watermark UrgentCare is non-profit clinic affiliated with Watermark Community Church in Dallas, Texas. We have two locations in Dallas and Plano.

We have two locations in Dallas, one of Skillman and LBJ and our mobile clinic located in South Dallas. Watermark UrgentCare is non-profit clinic for the uninsured and underinsured, affiliated with Watermark Community Church in Dallas, Texas. We also have a mobile clinic that is primarily located in South Dallas. To make healthcare accessible for all, we do not require insurance or an ID. No appoi

ntment or is payment required. We do encourage a $10 contribution. We are not able to treat chronic illnesses, but can share referral resources. Urgent Care services are walk-in only and are determined on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 9:00 AM every morning. Call your preferred location ahead to check availability for each day. Did you know that our urgent care clinic is only possible because of the generousity of donors who believe in this ministry? From September 1st-18th some of our donors have contributed a $200,000 match to help make our services possible! Would you join us in praying for our donors and for this fundraising effort? Around 30% of our operating budget will be fundraised during this time!

⚠️North Texas Giving Day starts next week! A group of generous donors have created a $200,000 match to benefit Watermark Health September 1st-18th!

During this short window, Watermark Health typically receives about 30% of our fundraised operating budget. We need your help to ensure we can continue to provide Christ-centered medical care to the hurting in our city. Giving on any platform counts towards the match.

North Texas Food Bank Food and Medicaid Assistance!

Friends from North Texas Food Bank will be on site at our Skillman Clinic on the second and fourth Friday of every month to assist patients in enrolling for food assistance and discuss medicaid opportunities. Call 469-317-0028 to reserve your spot to ensure availability. Walk ups also welcome if the schedule allows!

Happy Mothers Day to the amazing women out there who sacrifice, serve, and care for their families!

While today is a day of celebration, we also know it can be a day of hard memories for women who have lost pregnancies or face infertility. Did you know our clinic has the ability to care for women in the early term of pregnancy as well as to assist women facing a miscarriage? Our team considers it a blessing to walk alongside women facing pregnancy or even pregnancy loss and be present with you in those tender moments.

We provide the care we offer at Watermark Urgent Care because our lives have been changed by Jesus Christ. His death on the cross and resurrection from the grave has made it possible for us to live a new life! His teachings in the Bible show us His love for all mankind deeply, so the acts of service we provide, we provide in His name.

This week our staff and volunteers will be gathering to celebrate that costly love and want to invite all of our patients (you!) to join us for Easter Services at Watermark Community Church! We'd love to see you there!

Our Story

From day one our clinic has been a story of members of the body of Christ raising their hand, volunteering their specialities, their time, or their finances to make a common goal happen inside our four walls.

In August of 2013, we opened our first clinic at Skillman and LBJ to serve the acute care needs of the uninsured and under-insured residents of Dallas County. After 5 years of seeing God grow our reach, hours, and services we saw a need and an opportunity to open a second location to the north in Collin County in May of 2018.

At both clinics we treat acute care needs such as fevers, coughs, colds, infections, asthma, minor trauma/injuries, and lacerations. We also aim to care for the whole human being in front of us, not just the physical needs. Walk-ins are welcome, no appointment needed. No insurance or identification required.
