Where Eagles Soar Int’l, Inc. Where Eagles Soar Intl, Inc. is a non profit organization established by Dwayne and Janice Lusk. Operation Jingle Bells is an outreach of WESI.

We support children's homes, CLST, rehab centers and churches across the former Soviet Union.

Good evening! We have decided to repurpose the Operation Jingle Bells page to encompass the parent ministry Where Eagles Soar Int'l, Inc. We are currently working with our churches in Ukraine to meet the day to day needs of those in Kyiv. Many have asked for updates and so we will work to post updates to this page as well as Victory Church - Parker, Texas. Please keep our friends and family in Ukraine in your prayers. God is faithful!
