When the eagle (masculine/western) and the condor (feminine/eastern) fly in harmony in the same sky Neither of these two traits accomplishes everything alone.

The Eagle and the Condor is an ancient Amazon prophecy that speaks of human societies splitting into two paths – that of the Eagle, and that of the Condor. The path of the Condor is the path of heart, of intuition, and of the feminine. The path of the Eagle is the path of the mind, of the industrial, and of the masculine. "When the Eagle and the Condor come together in harmony, there will be peace

on Earth." The Eagle represents North America and the Condor represents South America. The eagle has to do with thinking, strategizing, mind, and figuring things out, while the condor represents compassion, heart, connection to the Earth, and sensitivity. Together these two aspects work in conjunction to create completion.The shamans of South America have seen that humanity will indeed come together in both mind and heart. This is what the Legend of the Eagle and the Condor is all about.

🔥 Happy Beltane from Two Birds Church 🔥
April held us well — two ceremonies, beautiful Sundays, and a special talk from Hamid on the past, present & future of psychedelic-assisted therapy. Our Sunday prompts moved through Dawn, Rhythm, Nourish, and Lesson — anchored by Ostara and Earth Day, woven with meditation, breathwork & music.

May ahead: two ceremonies (a two-night + a one-night), Sapo, weekly Sunday Service, Book Club, Cacao Hapé & Sound, and our monthly Potluck. A few spots left for June summer solstice ceremony too.

Happy Spring Equinox 🌱
Today the light and dark share the day equally. Winter held us inward. The breath is turning. What went underground is starting to rise.
May what you composted become something you can use. May the roots you built in the quiet be strong enough to hold what's coming. May you trust what's ready to grow — and be patient with what's not.
Happy equinox, family. 🌿

This Sunday we're marking the equinox together with a despacho ceremony.
At the winter solstice we built a despacho and buried it in the earth. Those intentions have been composting all season. This time we're burning it. Winter was about letting things break down. Spring is about what's ready to rise.
We'll have flowers, beans, rice, and other offerings here like usual. But if you want to bring something from home to add to the despacho — please do. Anything natural that feels meaningful.
Some ideas:

Flowers or herbs from your yard
Seeds for what you're planting this season
Something written — a word, a name, an intention
A small stone or piece of earth
Dried fruit, cacao, to***co, cornmeal
Anything from nature that means something to you

It doesn't need to be fancy. It just needs to be real. Bring something that represents what you're ready to grow.

An evening to slow down and turn inward 🐦🐦
Saturday, February 28th | 6–8 PM | Only 7 spots
We open with an optional Hapé offering to ground and settle in, then move into a cacao ceremony — a chance to set intentions and drop into your heart. The evening closes with a full sound journey — singing bowls, drums, flutes, chimes, and medicine songs while you lie back on mats and blankets (all provided).
It's not about fixing anything. It's just space to breathe, feel, and be. We keep the group small on purpose so it stays personal. Love donations.
