Make sure you are using your boundaries correctly!

Here's a starter pack on how to name your boundaries.
1. I will not allow constant criticism or toxic treatment.
2. I will not trust someone who lies or cheats.
3. Trust must be rebuilt with truth.
4. I will not carry the weight of someone else's irresponsibility.
5. I can care — but I won't take over.
6. I will not tolerate abuse of any kind.
7. I am worth protecting.
8. I will not let anyone pull me off the path of growth or away from my relationship with God.

Boundaries aren't punishments.
They're signals of what matters to you.
They say:
— I care about us, and I care about me too.
— I can't control you, but I can protect my peace.
— I'm allowed to decide what's okay and what's not.
Repeat it until you believe it.

You can’t change someone who isn’t ready to change. Trying to will always drain your energy. Your energy is too valuable to pour into people who aren’t doing the work themselves. Invest in those who are ready to grow with you.

If you’re constantly saying “yes” to everyone at the expense of your own well-being, you're not being generous — you're being depleted. You cannot give what you don’t have. Set limits, or you’ll burn out before the season is over.

Yes, it's wonderful to serve others, but it's just as important to protect yourself and your well-being.
Who are you, and what is your purpose this season? It’s okay to let go of the pressure to be everywhere and do everything. Your worth isn’t tied to how much you give or how available you are.
Communicate openly, set boundaries, and focus on what truly brings you joy and peace. You deserve it.
