Senior Spotlight 🎓
Today we are highlighting Will Elithorp! Will started coming to Creekside when he was 3 years old. Will is graduating from Forsyth Central High School. As Will looks toward his graduation, we asked him a couple of questions:
Q: What advice do you have for the incoming 6th graders as they prepare to enter the student ministry? A: “Some advice for the sixth graders would be serve Jesus, nothing else matters.”
Q: If you could relive one student ministry moment, what would it be? A: “If I could live one moment again in student ministry it would be the path retreat. It was an amazing experience and it taught me a lot.”
Q: What’s something you learned about God that changed how you look at life? A: “Something I learned about God that changed my life is realizing and understanding that he is always there in the good times and the bad, and he is making a future for me and he has good plans for me.”
Q: What’s one spiritual habit you want to carry into the future? A: “A spiritual habit I want to carry in the future is the calming feeling of knowing in the darkest times of your life God is there for you.”
Q: What are you most looking forward to in this next chapter after high school? A: “The thing I'm looking forward to most after high school is moving out and going off to college.”
