What a special service this morning. The presence of God was felt, burdens were lifted, and faith was strengthened.

Thankful for a church that presses in and believes.

We hiked up the Sumatanga Mountain Trail together and gathered at the top for a time of worship, prayer, and reflection. There is something special about stepping away from the noise of life and meeting with God in His creation.

Thankful for everyone who came out and shared the journey with us. Whether you hiked the trail or drove up to join us, it was a great reminder that sometimes the climb is worth it just to experience the view God has waiting at the top.

🌄 Church Mountain Hike & Worship – Everyone Welcome! ✝️

Saturday 3-14-26
Everyone is invited to join us for a morning hike and time of worship at the top of Chandler Mountain. This will be a great time for fellowship, reflection, and enjoying God’s creation together.

🚶 Hike Details
We will be hiking the Sumatanga Mountain Trail, a moderately challenging 2.2-mile roundtrip trail with about 636 feet of elevation gain. The hike leads to Creel Chapel at the summit of Chandler Mountain and takes about 1 hour and 18 minutes on average.

⚠️ Don’t let the hike keep you from coming!
If you’re not able to hike, you can drive up to the chapel overlook and join us for worship at the top. We would still love for you to be there.

🧺 A picnic lunch will be provided.

🕗 Meet at the church at 8:00 AM

Just like hiking starts with choosing to step onto the trail, the spiritual journey begins when someone decides to follow Christ. You leave the comfort of the parking lot and commit to the path ahead.

“Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life.” — Matthew 7:14

Not everyone chooses the trail… but those who do discover something beautiful along the way.

Baptism Sunday 🌊✝️

Today wasn’t just about a moment in the water — it was about lives that have been changed by the power of Jesus.

We watched three powerful decisions of obedience as people went public with their faith and declared, “My past is behind me and my future belongs to Christ.”

Obedience to follow Him.
Obedience to trust Him.
Obedience to walk in the new life He has given.

“If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” – John 8:36

Different stories.
Different journeys.
One Savior.

We are so proud of each one who went all in today. Your church family loves you, stands with you, and celebrates the new life God is unfolding in you. This is what it’s all about. 💙🙌
