Our fast starts tomorrow Friday May 1st at 7am! We are excited for what’s ahead and how God will reveal Himself in this time.

Join us for this 3 day water fast. Starting Friday we will face a community wide prayer initiative happening in businesses and homes. Followed by a time of worship in the evening.

“What does it mean to deny yourself?”

A simple question from a 6-year-old… but one that gets to the heart of following Jesus.

Whether you’re fasting food, time, distractions, or even your phone—this is an invitation to slow down and lean in. To set aside what we want and choose to follow Jesus together.

For some families, it might look like simple meals and more intentional time with God. For others, it might look like giving up convenience, comfort, or routine. There’s no perfect way—just a shared pursuit.

In case you missed it, Chris spoke on the call to fasting last Sunday. We as a church will be hosting a 3 day water fast from May 1-3. God is up to something and we can’t wait to lean into what He has for us.

“Declare a holy fast; call a sacred assembly. Summon the elders and all who live in the land to the house of the LORD your God, and cry out to the LORD.” Joel 1:14.
We are hungry for MORE OF JESUS. Fasting can humble and sober us to see Christ clearly. Letting rivers flow in the wilderness, refreshing, refilling, refueling, renewing our community with new wine. In these times, we know God will do so much more than we can anticipate. We want to posture ourselves toward God, the unexpected, and all that he wants to do.

Paul repeats this phrase again and again in Ephesians 1.�Because everything about who we are flows from that truth. Adopted in Christ, made new in Christ, found in Christ.

Nick Fox opened our new series by walking through how God has chosen, adopted, and welcomed us into His family through Jesus.

OPEN HOUSE

This Sunday we wil be having Open House right after our normal gathering.
The Dining Table is a core value of our community and this is our monthly rhythmn to be around the Table all together.

We will be providing Mexican food for $5 per person or if you want to grab something at one of the local restraunts and bring it back to the Greenhouse you are more than welcome to do that as well.

DUDES!

This Saturday we are having a hang for the Men in our community. We will be at North Star Beach at 12:30 PM this Saturday July 15th. We will have a couple grills so please bring some meat (Burgers, hotdogs, steak!!) and we’ll grill it up. Soft Drinks will be provide but if you want anything more exotic feel free to bring it! (Just bring enough to share 😉)

MEN’S EVENT

We are having a guys hang! On Saturday July 15th at 12:00pm we are inviting all the Men in our community (and their friends) to North Star Beach to hang out, play games, swim, and cook good food. We will all be grilling together. Please bring a food & beverage to share.
