Tea is an often overlooked element to help boost your health, and support your body. Lately, I have been incorporating it a lot more to try to harness its benefits. I figure I will share one of my favorites.
I like to do a mixture of different loose leaf teas in a French press. For this, we will use green tea, stinging nettle, and calendula.
Benefits:
-green tea: may help support cognition, mood and brain function due to its caffeine and L-theanine.
May help prevent certain cancers. Also may help support testosterone levels.
- Stinging Nettle: Reduces inflammation, boosts prostate health, can ease allergies, lowers blood pressure, promotes eye health.
- Calendula: high in antioxidants, can help treat ulcers in the gut and promote gut health, may combat certain cancer cells, may have anti fungal and anti-viral properties, may support oral health. Can also help regulate the menstrual cycle.
