Here's the worship service Sunday...Trinity Sunday. ONE service and not our usual two. It's a 5th Sunday so it will be held at Sharon MC at 3pm and everyone in our Charge and beyond is invited and welcomed! Plus! I keep my anointing oil with me on Sundays so folks will have to be anointed prayed for for healing. I stand on James 5: 14-15. Five hymns equals lots of congregational singing!

If you're in our area Sunday and would love an afternoon worship service, then please join us at Sharon Methodist at 3pm, Trinity Sunday! May 31st is a 5th Sunday, and on 5th Sundays we have ONE worship service and it's at Sharon at 3 instead our regular Sunday days and times when there's four Sundays a month. To get to Sharon, like you're coming from Conway, go to Pendleton (Northampton County NC) and at the intersection, turn left the Baptist Church where all the houses are and go straight on that road until IT ends at an intersection (it's a longish ride), turn left and stay straight a little while and you'll see Sharon on the left. As we celebrate Pentecost today, this is in Today In Christian History, "Father of Methodism John Wesley feels his "heart strangely warmed" when he hears a reading of the preface to Luther's commentary on Romans in a Moravian chapel on Aldersgate Street in London." That was on May 24, 1738. Wear red, celebrate, Happy Blessed Pentecost and Happy Blessed Anniversary to John Wesley on his own Pentecost!

Please hold the family of Mr. Bobby Martin, of Milwaukee Bethany, in prayer. Mr. Bobby's place was ready early yesterday morning so he's home with Jesus now. As of now his obit isn't posted but keep a check on Askews FH, they have him. His service will be Wednesday morning at 11am at Bethany and interment will follow at the Milwaukee Cemetery. Blessings.

Ascension Sunday!!! Come worship with us at Milwaukee Bethany at 9:30 and at Severn at 11am! Everyone is welcome! And, yes, you'll see a time to share about our Moms and other special women in our lives. Last Sunday was Mother's Day and Woodland and Zion had their time. This week, Bethany and Severn have theirs.
